Technology enhances the teaching learning process. For sound pedagogical reasons we renovated and equipped our classrooms with the latest teaching learning technologies. To accomplish this goal, we applied academic criteria to the development of Smart Classrooms that meet the needs of both the faculty and the students. Classrooms have since been equipped with LCD projector, Interactive electronic whiteboards and large screen plasma display. The Smart classrooms have made abstract concepts clear.
Library : A Reading Room
The school is well equipped with the most advanced library. Currently it houses 8500 books & 200 educational CD’s. The new library software automates a wide range of time consuming library tasks like student data, circulation and bibliographic input. E-learning is also facilitated where students can access internet facilities. There are many library/literature activities conducted in the library to encourage reading skills in children. Every year 3 students in Sub-junior, Junior and Senior category are chosen for the “Reading of the Year” award. They will be felicitated on the annual day.

NCC was initiated in our school in the year 2004-05. The school has a full fledged NCC unit which comes under 3 Kar. Battalion Karnataka & Goa Dirctorate. NCC parades are conducted every Saturday after school hours.

Scouting and Guiding at Sree Cauvery School begins from Std V. The Scouts & Guides are trained to appear for Rajyapuraskar and Rashtrapathi Awards.
